"Statements are being taken, cameras and videos are being collected and that a thorough investigation is happening as we speak, I know that. And like everybody else I want to know what happened, I do. In the meantime we have to think about how we are going to support the students, the families I know. We have a counsellor right now meeting with The teachers at Stella Maris, I know more steps need to be taken and those conversations are being had about what is going to happen. But in terms of the actual investigation and the timeline, I need the police to do what they were trained to do and to let it be done without interference from us. We will support and do whatever it is they want us to do but I am not the police and I do not want to interfere. They are the experts in that area."

7News has received reports that after he left Stella Maris, Pablo went over to a nearby High School - where the students made several attempts to hold him- they did for a while but he ran off again.

Almeida said she had no knowledge of that.
