23 year old Andre Cadle has been missing for over a month. But though
he suffers with mental illness, his family hadn’t considered filing a
missing persons report. That is until this weekend, when they got news of a
body found floating behind Buca Shell. But that wasn’t him - but the possibility
that it could have been has spurred the family into action. Natalie Cadle says
she just wants her brother to come home for Christmas.

“Well I hope he is alive and whosoever has him, the encourage him
or whatever to please to let us know he is alright and safe where he is. He
is not a harmful person. When his mental-ness comes in him, all he thinks about
is work and help people. He is not harmful in no kind of way so I know he is
alive but it is where he is and that is why I came to make he can contact us
and tell us where you are. You come from people, you are human being despite
your mental problem. We need to know where you are and that will make us happy.”
