Briceno also addressed the issue of unlawful evictions. It's actually a part of what's behind that attempted exodus from San Pedro. People have nowhere to stay because they lost their jobs, can't pay their weekly rent, and their landlords are giving them the boot, COVID or not. It's illegal, immoral and just plain wrong.
