And while the two mayors can criticize each other - anyone can take shots at what we saw today. A City Council Wingle Pickup turned into.a garbage truck. It was loaded sky high with orange bags and the council workers were taking on more. It looks like a council fresh out of garbage trucks - after all it did sell a few last year. But, a council spokesperson told us the truck in the video was an old traffic truck reassigned to the Works Department. She says that what it looks like is not what it is; she says tThe works men saw the garbage on the road and decided to assist. She added that the council currently has two garbage compactor trucks and a dump truck. The dump truck is currently down but should be up and running by weekend. In the meantim, why not a Wingle, right?
