In one way or the other we’re all trying to cope with COVID-19, the global pandemic.

One thing no one wants to be uncertain about is whether or not they’ll get their next meal. But in an economic downturn where more and more people are losing their jobs, it’s a real concern. 

And when it comes to preparing family meals for quarantine any come cook can find themselves a little overwhelmed. But if you're looking for a few ideas here’s an entertaining clip from Chef Sean Kuylen. Kuylen who is currently camped on an island near Dangriga says that most Belizeans meals are cheap and simple, they can be made from 5 ingredients or less:

Kuylen is planning to ride out the quarantine on the island he says he may come in when the rum runs out.
