And while the jury is out on whether the general public should "mask-up" - for sure, healthcare workers have to suit up with personal protective equipment. But, does Belize have enough? Manzanero outlined the stores which have recently arrived in country and are being distributed:

"In terms of how many PPEs have been delivered, we have gotten delivery of about 4,500 PPEs that have been delivered to the central warehouse. The distribution process has started and I have here on my notes 7,000 PPEs are pending to arrive. A total of 264,000 examination gloves have been delivered, blood pressure oparatus for use in specific Covid-19 care of patients, thermometers, face shields, safety goggles - those have been delivered to us. Ventilators arriving later today and we had a total of 24 ventilators more I believe being process for arrival in country. That's part of the Covid-19 response."
