San Pedro has been reporting low to no levels of violent crime for
almost a year now - and that's what the report of an aggravated
burglary stands out tonight.
The report are that an elderly European couple was targeted inside
their residence last night. They live in a condominium complex on the
southside of the island, and say there were victimised in a home
invasion.
The male was beaten up and the female claims she was sexually
assaulted. They were taken to the island clinic and treated and
released for minor injuries.
At this time, police have not released any details.
