Masks Regulations Become More Strict
posted (August 17, 2020)
You'll also be required to wear your face masks in more places, now that the state of emergency rules have tightened. For context, the Attorney General briefly reviewed what those requirements were before the amendment, and what they are now:

Hon. Michael Peyrefitte - Attorney General
"This will be a very big change because we notice that people are taking advantage of it. Now, remember every person shall wear a face mask, providing children under 6 - shall not be required to wear it. You do not have to wear a face at your private residence, exercising, engaging in any sporting activity of the non-contact sports, swimming - and remember the swimming is only allowed in areas that are not on lockdown. For example, in San Pedro, swimming is not allowed. Driving alone, or driving with immediate family members, the priest, pastor, member of a church choir, or any person who is conducting the service of the sermon, does not have to wear a mask. If you're seated at a restaurant where dining is allowed, then you don't have to wear the mask, if you're eating."

"If you're riding any one of those, it used to be that you don't have to wear the mask, but if you are riding a casual bicycle, you must now wear a mask. If you're riding a motorcycle, you must now wear a mask."
