There was a fire in Sandhill and the family suspects that it may be a case of arson. It happened last night at 8:00pm when no one was at home. Fire personnel were called to Sandhill village at Mile 16 on the Philip Goldson Highway where they found a wooden structure engulfed in flames. The home, owned by Darnell Gideon had no electrical connections and was running on solar power. The value of the damages have yet to be ascertained.
