After another full day of searching – the Coast Guard still has not located the body of 48 year old Desmond Kerr. As we told you last night, Kerr made an ill-fated attempted to swim across the Belize Old River yesterday in the village of Bainton Bank. Kerr didn’t make the 20 foot swim across and disappeared.

Coast Guard divers and vessels have been carefully searching but so far they’ve been unsuccessful. Kerr was drinking at the time and he jumped into the river against the advice of friends.
