Prison Disturbance Over Light
Tue, June 29, 2010
Reports reaching 7news say there was a disturbance at the Kolbe Central Prison last night. Our reports say that inmates rebelled when the lights went out suddenly. That incensed the inmates and according to reports they started banging on the prison bars and also broke a number of florescent bulbs as many as 20.

But our sources say it was a misunderstanding because the lights went out not as a punishment but due to an electrical problem.

Prison boss John Woods today promised us an interview but then refused us when we got to the prison to interview him.
