Belizean Boy Gets Life-Changing Surgery

Our next story is about a Belizean teenager who's gotten lifesaving surgery in Tampa, Florida. 13-year-old Riley Armstrong has scoliosis, basically a bent spine, which didn't allow him to stand up straight. But, a Methodist Medical mission who visited Belize saw his need. They fundraised for two years, took care of all the logistics and got him up to Tampa where Fox new sin that Florida City picks up the story:..

He will continue physical therapy and, in time, should be able to do everything a normal young adult does.
