The Leader of the Opposition wants international observers from CARICOM, the OAS or the Commonwealth to witness the November 4th election.

Fonseca says this is because the date for the election was announced only days before the process for the annual review of the electoral lists. So, the Leader of the opposition argues, the list will be bloated since they will not have been revised for 2015.

The letter is dated two days ago – and there is no word of reply from the Prime Minister.
