| Today YMCA hosted a conference for teachers, coaches and mentors. The main focus is to train teachers and youth leaders on how to inspire and motivate kids and how to set a positive example for them. Executive Director of YMCA Clara Cuellar told us that it's not all about content or following strict class objectives -it's about building character and social responsibility.
It was a one-day training and it's part of the Youth Community Transformation Program that will be launched this year.
