But Belmopan police have no doubts about what they found in an abandoned lot in Roaring Creek Village.
On Monday morning at 11:30, the Special Branch Tactical Response Squad found a black plastic bag containing four compressed parcels of Cannabis amounting to 947.0 grams – which is just about two pounds. No one was in the area and it was labelled as “Found Propertyâ€.
