| After 4 opening ceremonies back to back, The Beyond the Horizon 2017 construction projects are finally completed. And today there was an official closing ceremony to tie everything together. As we have reported the projects include the construction of a new emergency room and the donation of an incinerator at the Western Regional Hospital, new clinics in Ladyville and Double Head Cabbage and a 3 classroom building at St. Matthews Government School. Here are a few comments from the closing ceremony.
The entire project is worth $11.5 US million dollars. There will be another project to connect the new emergency room to the hospital.
