| And one of the reasons Vernon is so certain that Belize should go all the way - and not halfway with an advisory opinion - is because Guatemala never occupied Belize. This is a foundational argument for the Belize side and he went over it today:
Vernon returns to Belize in a few weeks where he will join the public education efforts. He spent the day with the media group in The Hague today.
