| Police Promotions Not Straightforward Test Performance |

| Today Commissioner Chester Williams spoke on the police promotional exams. There were some concerns that some of the many officers who failed the exam still have a chance of getting a promotion. Williams told us this is not out of the ordinary. He says he must take each officers record and overall contribution on a case by case basis.
