And the Director of Health Services has also provided a breakdown of the number of coronavirus cases based on the different age groups.
Interestingly, persons aged 20 - 34 are showing the highest number of infections, for a total of 216 - almost half of all cases.
And, add to that another, 59, or 13% of infected persons between the ages of 35 to 39, and persons aged 20 - 39 comprise almost two thirds of all cases.
There are only 20 patients below the age of 14. And between the ages of 60 and 64, there are 9 cases: 7 males and 2 females, which represents 2%.
And finally, at the age of 65 and older, there are 20 cases: 10 males and 10 females, representing 4.4% of the total number of positive cases.
The Ministry of Health points out that "morbidity and mortality - is more than likely to be in the older age groups or those with chronic conditions such as cancer, HIV, diabetes, hypertension and obesity."
