Kagame Not Coming Next Week - Schedule Shifting
Wed, September 7, 2022
Last night we told you about the planned visit of the President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame. He would made history as the first African head of state to visit Belize.

We say "would" - because word tonight is that - due to scheduling difficulties - Kagame's trip may either be cancelled, or the dates may be moved around. But, from what we are told, he will not be coming next week.

We do know that he planned to stop in Belize and other CARICOM nations on his way to the United Nations General Assembly. Currently he is scheduled to be in Guyana on September 13th - according to sources. We're told there is a possibility that he may come after the United Nations General Assembly.

Tonight, there's no official announcement what the revised schedule will be, but we're told a press release is being prepared. We'll keep you posted.
