And while police were still very much in the investigation phase of the Domingo murder today, they did give the press some small insights into what they know so far.

"Initial Investigation was that Jasmine Domingo was along with her child at Plues Street sleeping inside a room along with several other children and other male persons when a male person came to the house and fired several shots through a wooden window situated at the side of the building. Investigation into this matter continues."
"We believe a male person who was also sleeping in the room was the intended target."

"Does this have to do with her brothers, we know that they are known to be members of the George Street gang."

"That is the information we have gathered, it is an internal feud that is occurring in that particular area."
"We have not identified the exact person we are looking for at this time, that is all the information we're getting, that it's from the same feud they had in the past."
"Police responded immediately after the shooting, that is an area of concern, we have it on our patrols, however, the person came from behind yard and came from the back of the building, fired the shots, and then fled thereafter."
One of Jasmine Domingo's brothers was shot non-fatally in April of this year.
