And, for businesses getting exchange permits from the Central Bank can be a challenge. Governor Michael says they are also working on that:

"One of the complaints that we have gotten quite a bit is that it takes quite a long while for the central bank to get from the applicant to hear about from the central bank with either approval or requests for additional information. That has improved quite a bit. I would say that the average processing time for current account transaction transactions now is half of the day, if not only a couple of hours well.And depending if we are unsure if that investment has been registered or had been registered before, we would tend to reach out to the applicant twice for additional information. But nothing so far over the past three years have gone beyond 2 to 3 days."
