Belizean Police in the Arenal area are on high alert in search of robbery suspects, after a truck delivering money to a Guatemalan bank was robbed in Melchor earlier today.

Investigators believe that the suspects may have made their way into Belize after two vehicles were discovered in the Rondon Area. A statement issued by the truck's ownership company revealed that the intruders were heavily armed and two security guards were injured.
