| Guatemalan Fishers Caught With Sharks |

On Saturday, the Belize Coast Guard and the TIDE conservation group caught illegal fishers with an illegal catch in the waters of theToledo District.
They were found with a bunch of Reef sharks and one Mako Shark - which can only be fished with a special permit - which they did not possess.
The accused were taken to court in Punta Gorda today. It's not clear what will happen to the shark meat.
