And in an even more disturbing sex crime allegation, 50 year old Darwin Almendarez has been charged for the rape of a child.

Last week Wednesday, the Canadian mother of a four year old reported to Hopkins police that her 4 year old daughter told her that a man known to her as Darwin took her to an unknown room on the Northside of the village and molested her.

It was confirmed by a medical examination and on Monday, police arrested and charged Almendarez, a property manager of Sittee River for the Rape of a child.
