The letter is to tell the delegates not to attend what's being advertised as a Unity convention on October 20th at the Bird's Isle. Peyrefitte's warning says, quote, "this notice serves to reiterate to all Delegates, members and Party supporters the fact that all four individuals, Saldivar, Faber, Panton and Williams have been expelled from the UDP. They therefore hold no position within the UDP and are therefore not authorized to conduct any event under the auspices of the UDP."

That's the first time we have seen use of the word "expel" and it's the same for Tracy Panton. In a Facebook post, she said. "Now the Party Chairman is suggesting that 3 of the 4 have now been expelled from the UDP when neither a Central Executive Committee Meeting or a National Party Council Meeting has been held to come to any such determination. This too will not hold."

She goes on to say, quote, "The UDP will be hosting its National Unity Convention on Sunday, 20th October, 2024 at Bird's Isle in Belize City." End quote.
