| He Chopped A Man To Death But Got Charged With Manslaughter |

Last week we told you about the chopping in San Ignacio that claimed the life of 61 year old Ubaldo Guzman. Today Police arrested and charged 43 year old Peter August for that chopping death. Because he said he was chopping Guzman in self defence, he was charged with Manslaughter. August was socializing with Guzman when the altercation erupted. August says Guzman attacked him with the machete - which he wrested away from the 61 year old and then chopped him to death.
