And, another list of Innovabel landholdings was released today - though this list is not nearly as sexy as the last one.
Most prominently, it shows over 36 parcels registered to a company called LCM construction.
All these parcels were purchased for $3,500 dollars - when the declared price was just under twenty thousand dollars. So, the council is. claiming over half a million dollars in un-recognized revenue.
But the owner of that company says there's no funny business here. He says that the council affirmer Mayor Kahlid Belisle owed him over a hundred thousand dollars for making the road to Innovabel. Eventually, Belisle's successor, Sheran Palacio agreed to pay him in lots at Innovabel.
