| Man Sentenced To 16 Years In Prison After Raping 14 Year Old |

Turning now to court news, a farmer is spending first night of a 16 year sentence in prison for raping a minor.
He is 43 year old Vincente Cerreras, who was convicted in July of this year, and found guilty of two counts of rape, by way of DNA evidence.
Cerreras raped the 14 year old minor on two occasions, on June 27, 2019 and again on August 26, 2019.
He appeared in the high court today before Justice Candace Nanton, and was represented by Attorney Ronell Gonzalez. His two character witnesses were his mother and his church pastor.
Cerreras was sentenced to two 16 year terms for the two counts of rape, with the sentences to run concurrently.
