A man is behind bars tonight for sexual assault after he allegedly kissed his boss's wife without her consent. He is 30-year-old, Entychus Nunez. According to the 50 year old victim on Monday night she was sleeping inside her house when she was awakened by a kiss on her lips and saw Nunez standing over her. That's when she then jumped out of bed and attacked him and told him to leave. Nunez appeared in the magistrates court this morning and was read a single charge of sexual assault and a not guilty plea was interred because he said he did not agree with the facts laid out in court. When asked why he did what he did he replied that she had asked him to kiss her. The victim says that she has known Nunez for over 12 years. Nunez was offered bail in the sum of $2,000 plus one surety on the conditions that he must not contact or interfere with the victim. He was unable to make bail and so he was remanded to the Belize central prison. His next court date is set for January 6th 2025.
