42 year old Matthew Moses was shot and killed earlier this month in San Pedro Town. Police have not classified this as a murder just yet and today ACP Romero said they are waiting on the DPP's directives.

"Reference that investigation the file was sent to the DPP and we're awaiting directives."

"Is the police suspecting self defense or anything...?"

"Again, the file was sent to the DPP with all the relevant statements, what was found at the scene, and we will await directives from the DPP."

"Can you confirm whether the victim had been threatening the gunman?"

"They had previous incidents where threats were passed and eventually that led to the shooting."
