| Seine Bight, which has long labored in the shadow of its neighboring village of Placencia, is now beckoning the world to come and see its new welcome center. It's located on the beachside along Main Street and will serve as a tribute to the village's cultural heritage. You'll be able to see local art, hear the Garifuna drums, and purchase crafts at the gift shop. It was inaugurated yesterday and Courtney Menzies has this story.
