| The Central Bank is also updating its Exchange Control protocols. First off, the limit of three thousand US dollars annually for those traveling abroad is being increased:

"For ease of doing business for the traveling public. The central bank will adjust those limits to be US $10,000 across the board despite travel type. This will go into effect in January, 2025. We must mention that this is not intended to be a free for all."
"You must ensure that you can provide the tellers at the authorized dealers with your supporting documentation and that those are current and not expired."
