| McKoy Melendez Strike Back With Renewed Suit Against Makin |

Last night we told you about the lawsuit that Ryan Melendez brought against Sergeant Devon Makin. It was struck out of court when the judge agreed with Makin's attorney that no notice of intended action had been issued to government a month in advance as required by the Public Authorities Protection Act.
But, Mckoy told us that doesn't prevent him from proceeding with that notice and bringing the suit again. And that's just what he did today.
McKoy served the Attorney General with a notice of intended action today. McKoy told us he will make sure that the claim will still continue and be heard on it's merits.
And as a kind of brata, he also today served the commissioner of police with a notice of suit for defamatory remarks he allegedly made against Melendez when he called him a fugitive.
