| Registration For March Election Closed In January |

Now that nomination and election day have been set the Elections and Boundaries Department issued a notice today for the registration of new voters.
And it basically says that if you haven't registered, you can no longer do so in time for the March 12th election. The release states, quote, "Persons applying to be registered as electors after the cut-off-date of 10th January 2025 will NOT be eligible to vote in the 12th March 2025 General Election."
