| Woman Dies Days After Domestic Abuse Incident, Cops Looking For Killer |

It's a case of domestic violence turned murder investigation, after a young woman was found badly beaten in an abandoned yard in Concepcion village. She passed away days after and due to the extent of her injuries was unable to inform her family of what had happened. ACP Hilberto Romero says that they are searching for one particular suspect. He gave us more details today.

"On Sunday the 9th day of march 2025 a report was received that a female was found unconscious at Concepcion village and was taken for medical treatment and there after police visited and saw the victim she later succumbed to her injuries on Friday, several interviews are being conducted and we are trying to determine what happened to her as she was at the hospital as she succumbed to her injuries. She was identified as Wendy Mendez of Concepcion village."
"Well we have certain information we are following up on and we will do some follow up in the coming days to determine what happened to her."
"Yes we have a report and so that is being followed up likewise."
