| Funeral Parlour Owner Guilty of Sex With Minor |

Last night a funeral parlour owner was convicted of 3 counts of unlawful sexual intercourse of a 13 year old minor.
44-year-old businessman, Patrick Robinson, owner of Leiva's Funeral Parlour on #114 Freetown Road clambered into the back of a police mobile for his first night in prison after Justice Derick Sylvester found him guilty. Robinson was accused of having sex with a minor from the age of 11 to when she was 14 years old.
Robinson has been remanded to the Belize Central Prison until his sentencing on April 25th.
Robinson was represented by Hubert Elrington and Norman Rodriguez while the crown was represented by Shanell Fernandez of the DPP's office.
