Untitled Document Chester Williams is back in the headlines tonight - and still wearing his khaki uniform. But today he was at Magistrate's court just being a good sibling.

He walked out of the court this afternoon hugging his older brother Arthur Roy Williams aka "Uncle" whom he had pressed charges against for committing a cyber crime last year.

But the Compol buried that hatchet today and withdrew those four counts against big bro. He told the courts that they have reconciled and come to an agreement to move forward. Here's how he explained it to our court reporter when they were leaving.

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"Well basically Arthur Roy is my brother, we came from the same woman, yes there has been misunderstanding in past issues but I believe that as family we should always be able to work out our issues and him and I spoke about the issue and we decided that it is best we end it this way as opposed to go through a court process."

"There was no mediation done by the court, myself and my brother discussed the issue and we came to our own agreement and terms that it is best we put it behind us and move on."

"Of course I love my brother and I will always be there to support him. He has been there for me as a child growing up we have been very close in the past and I think we can get back to where we used to be."

Arthur Roy Williams, Charges Withdrawn
"It is what it is, Bang Bye."

And, befitting the newfound fraternity - the brothers left in the same vehicle.
