The second one is the one that has police looking for answers. It happened on Sunday, when a Canadian national reportedly fell from balcony on the third floor of the WaterMark Hotel in San Pedro.
It happened on Sunday just after 8:00 AM, and what's puzzling police is that he had company over a few hours before it happened - some locals who appeared to be socializing with him until the early morning. ACP Romero shared more details with us today.
