| PUP Monchie's Cyberbullying Complaint Against Budna |

And there's another high profile cyber bullying complaint out there. It was made by PUP Orange Walk North area representative Ramon Monchie Cervantez.
He says that self styled freelance journalist Joseph is using Facebook to harass and spread falsehoods about him. Budna is now wanted by Orange Walk Police.
The Commissioner told us about it today:

"The cyber crime unit in Belmopan has been extremely busy. People are becoming more and more familiar with the law and are making these reports as they occur. And the unit is tasks with making sure that they do follow up on these incidents."
"And so, yes, I'm aware that Minister Cervantes had filed a report against Joseph Budna, in respect to cyber bullying. And the police again is looking for Budna to follow through with that report to see if there is anything there that he can be charged for."
