More is known tonight about Olivia Culbreath, the 21 year old who was driving the wrong way on the 60 Freeway in California with Jose Coye's grand-daughter in the passenger seat.
It turns out that Culbreath, who remains hospitalized and unable to speak had her license suspended when she was 17 for drunken driving. That suspension had just been lifted a week before Sunday's accident. News reports out of Los Angeles also say that she'd had a child 10 days before the accident.
She was driving a Camaro at as much as 100 miles per hour into traffic when she hit a Ford Explorer, killing the two passengers in her car – including Joe Coye's Grandaughter 24 year old Kristin Young, and Culbreath's sister, as well as four persons in the Explorer.
Coye flew up to Los Angeles to bee with his daughter Annamarie, who was Kristin Young's mother.
