Proof that that came in a surprise resignation by Treasurer and veteran cyclist Warren Coye.

Coye, who is an accountant, writes that since he was elected on December 10th 2023, , quote, "I have sought to implement basic and specific financial protocols in the handling of funds. I have been unsuccessful in getting those measures implemented. "

He adds, quote, "key decisions are being taken without discussion amongst the Executive and I am only made aware of such decisions via third parties. My multiple and varied requests for receipts for funds used for events remain pending….Within this context, I cannot conduct the due diligence required of me and am therefore unable to continue in the role of treasurer."
