And police officers also have their hands full with the most recent murder in the city - that of 16-year-old Wellington Williams which occurred on Saturday evening. Williams was a third form SJC student who was shot on his way to deliver food.
And today, the ComPol said that there are still no leads and no answers as to whether Williams was really the target.

"At this time, we have no update, investigators are still doing their best to ascertain who the perpetrator is as well as to gather evidence. It is extremely difficult because the area where it occurred was dark and while we were able to secure some camera footage, those footage was from a distance and so getting to identify the perpetrator on one of those footages has been extremely difficult for us. We certainly are not giving up, we're still in the area canvassing to see if we'll be able to locate a witness or witnesses who may be able to aid the police in trying to bring a successful closure to the family of Wellington Williams."

"By all accounts this young man was someone of good character, he was an SJC student, and I believe a member of church youth group. Is there any indication that he have been just innocently killed or mistaken for someone else?"

"Well, we're looking at every possibility, like I said, investigators are still looking at it, we want to ensure we arrive at a definitive motive as well as being able to identify possibly who are the perpetrators of this crime."
Williams' funeral will be held next week.
