"At this time, the motive for that shooting seems to have been as a result of a stabbing that took place about two to three months ago in Dangriga where it is alleged that the now deceased Quinonez had inflicted stab wounds on the individual. Our investigators are working that matter intensely and we currently have the suspect in custody. We have recovered the murder weapon and we believe that by the end of the day today or tomorrow morning that person should be charged with murder."
