She shared an anecdotal account of a concern involving a masseur:
Rossana Briceno, Special Envoy
"Because I know, I know there is, in a little village in Orange Walk we have a gentleman, and I am going to get into trouble for saying this but there is a gentleman who does massages and supposedly he is one of the best, and several young ladies have said to me, you know when I went for a massage there, he does your feet, he does your back he does whatever but they feel like they have been violated and they have been touched inappropriately and one of the persons that mentioned it to me I said well why don't you go to the police and report it, and they say well I feel that I may be laughed at you know because everybody knows this gentleman and I am very much aware of who this person is. I actually went for a massage myself on my foot a couple of years ago but I, obviously it didn't happen to me, um."
