And keeping it on guns, tonight we're telling you the shocking story of a two cops facing inside Dangriga's police station
with loaded guns
It happened on Saturday morning when two on duty constables got into an argument over who should have which weapon. One of them
had a .38 pistol and because of the unit he's assigned to, he wanted the other cop's weapon, a 9 millimeter pistol.
That led to a struggle, that struggle allegedly resulted in one cop pushing the other into a filing cabinet.
But it seems that wasn't enough for one of the cops - he is accused of then pulling his police-issued 9mm pistol and pointing it
at his fellow officer - who had a .38. The police report says that the other officer was also in possession of a firearm but he
kept it 'pointed down' throughout the incident. Other reports we have received give a different account of his conduct.
Still, 25-year-old PC Tyrell Rowley has since been arrested and charged with aggravated assault, common assault, and damage to
property.
