But, that didn't take away time from penning a lengthy response to Royal Caribbean Cruise Line's VP of Destination Development, Joshua Carroll who wrote to him two weeks ago.

Barrow tells Carrol, quote, "you are collaborating with Portico, an utterly discredited company that executed a fraudulent agreement with a government official..."

And adds, "The list of Portico's fraudulent and questionable dealings continues to grow each week."

He notes, quote, "I am heartened therefore to hear that RCG will "undertake additional due diligence on the project" because there is obviously (much) that it could not uncover the first time around due to duplicity and mendacity which birthed the Portico Agreement."
