Police have arrested and charged 24 year old Kevaughn Middleton for the shooting of 31 year old Kelvin Todd that occurred on Reggae Street, on Wednesday July 5th. Middleton was charged for the crimes of attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm, wounding, and for having a firearm and ammunition without a gun license. Police claim that the motive behind the shooting may be because of a dispute over a woman.
