And, keeping it on court news, the last update we got from the Ramnarace case, we were told by Arthur Saldivar who is representing the Belisle, Ramnarace and Pascasio families, that accused triple murderer Elmer Nah, was given partial disclosure on July 5th.
But who will prosecute the case? The DPP can't since she has what may be perceived as a conflict of interest.
After the Special Prosecutor Bill was rejected in the senate, the Minister of Home Affairs today told us they have managed to secure a foreign prosecutor for the case.

"The trial has not begun it is still at the magistrates court level. I believe partial disclosure has been provided to the defendant. We are almost at the end of securing our private prosecutor for that case. It is an attorney out of Jamaica and we are hoping to have that concluded by next week."
Elmer Nah is expected to return to court on the 22nd of August.
