On Monday we told you about a 20-year-old man who'd been killed after a Ford Escape collided into his motorcycle on Sunday morning. Oscar Mayen was heading to work when the incident occurred on the Boom Road. The vehicle then crashed into a lamppost.
And today, police charged the driver of the Ford Escape, 43-year-old Jules Adderly for the crimes of manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct, and driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention.
